To revoke Instagram access immediately, open FlowNexa, select your connected account and choose Disconnect. This stops the account automations and removes the stored token. You can also revoke the app in Instagram settings.
To request deletion of your FlowNexa account, workspace and stored interaction records, email flownex@proton.me from the registered email address with the subject “FlowNexa data deletion”. We will verify ownership before deleting data and communicate any records we must retain under applicable law. Do not send your password or Instagram access token.
